  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat fee of $6.95 for all orders under $75.00.

  • Free Shipping: All orders of $75.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

  • Shipping Method: We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground to ensure a balance of speed and reliability.

Delivery Timeline

To ensure we resolve every issue effectively, we maintain a clear processing schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Time - ET), Monday through Friday.

  • Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 - 7 business days.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been packed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at info@gymrigshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for smaller items. For larger items (like our 75cm exercise balls), a physical street address is preferred.

  • Damaged Items: If your gear is damaged during transit, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

Return & Refund Policy

At GymRig, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note for Yoga Gear: For hygiene reasons, mats and blocks must still be in their original shrink-wrap/sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

2. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@gymrigshop.com.

  • For damaged or defective items: GymRig will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color:

  • You may still return the item within 30 days.

  • Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@gymrigshop.com. Because we manage everything from our home office, we handle all requests via email to ensure an effective resolution.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@gymrigshop.com.

We want to keep things simple and, more importantly, safe. GymRig runs on the Shopify platform, which means we don't actually "see" or store your credit card details. Everything is handled through their encrypted system the same one used by millions of stores worldwide so your data stays private.

You can pay using whatever is easiest for you:

  • The Quick Stuff: Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Meta Pay (handy if you’re buying from your phone).

  • Shop Pay: If you’ve used it before, it’ll remember your info and get you through checkout in seconds.

A few things to note

  • When you're charged: Your card is charged as soon as you hit "Complete Order."
