ORDERING & PAYMENTS

1. Is my payment secure? Absolutely. GymRig is powered by Shopify, which uses Level 1 PCI DSS compliant checkout. This means your data is encrypted and we never see or store your credit card information.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

3. Can I change or cancel my order? Since we try to ship orders as fast as possible from our home office, please email us at info@gymrigshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. Where do you ship from? All orders are packed and shipped directly from our location at 3910 Mean Mule Rd, Coeburn, VA 24230.

5. How much does shipping cost?

  • FREE Shipping for all orders over $75.00.

  • A flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $75.00.

6. How long will it take to get my gear?

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days.

  • Most customers in the US receive their package within 4-7 business days.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, yoga mats and blocks must still be in their original shrink-wrap.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is damaged or defective, GymRig pays for the return shipping.

  • If you changed your mind (remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


PRODUCT CARE & USAGE

9. My Pilates ball feels smaller than the size listed. Is it defective? Not at all! New PVC balls can be stiff. We recommend inflating it to about 80%, letting it sit for 24 hours to stretch, and then finishing the inflation to its full size (e.g., 9" or 75cm).

10. How do I clean my GymRig gear? Most of our products (mats, balls, blocks) should be wiped down with a clean, damp cloth. Please avoid harsh detergents or chemicals, as they can damage the non-slip surface.
