We want to keep things simple and, more importantly, safe. GymRig runs on the Shopify platform, which means we don't actually "see" or store your credit card details. Everything is handled through their encrypted system the same one used by millions of stores worldwide so your data stays private.

What we accept

You can pay using whatever is easiest for you:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.

• The Quick Stuff: Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Meta Pay (handy if you’re buying from your phone).

• Shop Pay: If you’ve used it before, it’ll remember your info and get you through checkout in seconds.

A few things to note

• When you're charged: Your card is charged as soon as you hit "Complete Order."

• Receipts: You’ll get an automatic email from us the second the payment goes through. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (it likes to hide there sometimes).

• Currency: Everything on our store is in USD.

If your card gets declined or the checkout page is acting weird, just drop us an email. Since we run this store from our home office, we handle all support through info@gymrigshop.com.

We prefer email because it lets us look into the issue properly and keep a record of our conversation to make sure everything gets fixed.
