Return & Refund Policy

At GymRig, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note for Yoga Gear: For hygiene reasons, mats and blocks must still be in their original shrink-wrap/sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

2. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@gymrigshop.com.

  • For damaged or defective items: GymRig will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color:

  • You may still return the item within 30 days.

  • Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@gymrigshop.com. Because we manage everything from our home office, we handle all requests via email to ensure an effective resolution.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@gymrigshop.com.
